About to wind down the “night”, and I killed about all the time I could dicking around the Net, so I was looking for something to do while I waited for this song to finish playing… I hate partial listening (or watching for that matter) of anything, once I start I just need to finish. The only problem is that iTunes randomly flung Meredith Monk’s Tablet my way. It’s a 23-minute, 6-second tune. I love it, but it’s a commitment.
Anyway, the Photo Booth icon caught my eye in the Dock and I realized that I haven’t used it in forever, literally. (I felt like using literally incorrectly just now, don’t know why *shrug*) There was a time when I was using it a lot, as a time-kill, but I just stopped. I should probably start using it more often, just ‘cause I feel guilty about letting any app fall out of regular rotation. That’s a whole ‘nother post.
For my money, I think the Twirl and Mirror effects are the only Photo Booth efffects worth using. They’re just the most interesting and fun.
